Invest through your bank
The easiest way to invest is by using your existing banking relationship. LMDF is partnering with many banks in Luxembourg who have often invested their own money in our Fund (BIL, BGL BNP Paribas, BCEE, Banque de Luxembourg, Banque Fortuna, CBP Quilvest, etc).
A subscription of shares can be done through your client relationship manager. Download our PDF with the description of the Fund and its conditions and present it to your bank adviser. He will find LMDF under its ISIN Code LU0456967404.
Invest directly
The cheapest and most direct way to invest is to become a shareholder registered with the Fund. LMDF’s administrative agent maintains the shareholder register and executes all subscriptions and redemption of shares. There are no subscription fees involved.
Download and complete our subscription form, add a certified copy of your ID or Passport and send it back to the administrative agent (address on the form).
Set-up a personalised investment plan
Instead of investing once in the Fund, you may decide to invest on a regular basis. We have developed a personalized investment plan adapted to your needs and which allows you to invest any amount on a quarterly, semi-annual or yearly basis.
Just download and complete our subscription form, add a certified copy of your ID or Passport and send it back to our administrative agent (address on the form). You will then be contacted by our administrative agent when the subscriptions are due.
An investment in LMDF is made on the basis of the Prospectus and latest annual or semi-annual report. The documents are available here. Please contact us if you would like to receive a hard copy free of charge.
