OXUS
OXUS is a medium-sized MFI with an extensive experience. Its social mission is clear and aims to improve the economic and social conditions of a target group: the low-income population that is not served by the banking sector.
The MFI offers a range of adapted and diversified credit products, due in particular to a good knowledge of the needs of their customers. OXUS mainly targets micro-entrepreneurs and farmers in rural areas to offer products under an exclusively individual methodology (99%).
In addition, a consumer product is offered to customers who already have a productive credit. The consumer loan (25%) also finances projects for construction and / or improvement of housing (40%), education (4%) and health (2.5%)
Today, OXUS supports over 12,700 customers, of whom 80% live in rural areas, served through four agencies. The average disbursed loan is of EUR 881.
