Jefferson Padilla
Jefferson is 19-year-old young man who started a chicken farm business a few months ago. He had the opportunity to start this productive activity with the support of Fundación Alternativa and the program “EMPRENDAMOS” that consist in grant credits to entrepreneurs for the creation or the strengthening of their businesses, and provides a process of three training modules: finance, marketing and legal.
After completing his military service in his region, he realized the need to financially support his family. Through his grandmother, Jefferson discovered Fundación Alternativa and after a process of trainings and personalized technical assistance on the establishment of a company, he has received funds to invest in his breeding and selling business of chickens.
He can now enjoy the fruits of his labor. Jefferson may consider a bright future for his activity that could generate employment within his community.
